We are so excited you have chosen to stay at Freedom House and look forward to your visit. Please fill in the following to request room availability and we will get back to you very soon. Please read our cancellation policy prior to requests or reservations.

Policies To Note:

Early or Late Check in Policy:

Our check in hours are solely between 3-8pm unless arranged otherwise with us at least 24hrs prior to arrival. Early or late check in is sometimes possible for and additional fee.

Check Out & Late Check Out Policy:

Check out is by 10am on date of departure. Late check out is sometimes possible for an additional fee, but must be arranged with us the night prior to departure.

Cancellation Policy:

Sometimes your plans change, we get that!

You may cancel your reservation any time up to 8 days in advance of your scheduled arrival without incurring any penalty.  Any cancellations within 7 days of your stay will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the entire booked stay.

However, if your booked stay includes a holiday cancellation must be received 15 days in advance of your scheduled arrival.  Any cancellations within 14 days of your stay will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the entire booked stay.

*PLEASE NOTE any reservation cancelled the day of arrival, or any no show, will be charged the full reservation amount.

Damages & Missing Property Policy:

We thoroughly clean and inspect each room between guests. If anything is damaged or missing after your stay your credit card on file will be charged accordingly. It is always best to let us know right away if any mishap occurs so we can discuss the situation face to face.
